The Chiron Centre is a Natural Health Centre in Westbury On Trym in Bristol. It is really easy to find and usually has ample parking in the surrounding streets. See below for a map and directions. It has a relaxed homely feel that we love

Directions

By Car –
From the North, leave the M5 at junction 17, take the exit sign-posted A4018 Bristol West. Continue to follow this road for approximately 3 miles heading for Westbury-on-Trym. Travel straight across 3 roundabouts and then straight through several sets of traffic light controlled junctions as you enter the outskirts of Westbury-on-Trym. As you go through the traffic lights you will pass a petrol station on your left and a library on your right. You will then approach a steep hill, at the top of which there are belisha beacons and a zebra crossing. The Chiron Centre is the white house at the very top on the left. You can park on the road before the zebra crossing, or turn left just before it and park along Westbury Road. If you reach the Durdham Downs, you have gone too far!

If you are coming from South Bristol, there are many possible routes, but the easiest for those new to the area is to come through the City Centre, up Park street and Whiteladies Road. As you reach the traffic lights at the top of Blackboy Hill you will see the beginning of Durdham Downs and the Water Tower ahead. Bear right and take the first left at the next roundabout 100 yards away. Westbury Road goes along the Downs for about 2 miles, through one roundabout, past Badminton Girls School and then reaches the Chiron Centre. You will see our sign clearly from the Road. From this direction, it is easier to park on the section of Westbury Road shown in Yellow, or in Grange Court Road.

Please do not park on the wide pavement by the side of the centre as this area between the houses and the grass verge is private property belonging to our neighbours.

By Train -
Bristol Temple Meads station is about 4 miles away and is directly linked to us by the number 1 bus service, see below.

By Bus -
The number 1 bus service runs every 10 minutes during busy periods and stops within a few yards of the centre. It runs from Broomhill to Cribbs Causeway via Temple meads train station, the City Centre and Westbury Village.

The number 55 bus runs every 30 minutes in busy periods and also stops within a few yards of the centre.

The 21 and 20 service are less frequent and stop about 5 minute walk from the Centre in Westbury Village. The 54 service is more frequent but comes only as close as Henleaze which will leave a 10 minute walk to the centre.
