Our refresher sessions are available for anyone who has already completed the full hypnoirthing course. Te sessions last between 3 or 4 hours depending on the numbers of people on the course (see below). The refresher session covers all the hypnobirthing techniques including the main hypnobirthing breathing and relaxation techniques; our own adapted fear release hypnosis session; and our own mental rehearsal session.

The cost of the course is dependant on the number of people who have booked on the course (maximum 4 people) and follows the below pricing structure per couple:

To book your place, you will need to choose your preferred course below and pay a non-refundable deposit of £50 to guarantee your place. Next to the course dates we will note how many spaces are left (max 4) so that you can tell how many people are on that course.

2 days prior to the start of the session we will let you know the final numbers booked on the course and the final balance due which you can pay on the day.
